I really liked this place, the staff is incredible. They are trustworthy and very pleasant to talk to. Previously I thought jewelry stores were like shopping for a car, buyer beware. I did not have this feeling at the Jewelry Source. I am impressed and very happy with my purchases.

Fabulous customer service from start to finish. Great communicators… Which is so important these days! It was all about a watch repair I needed. They were personable, efficient, prompt, and even quickly mailed my watch to me in Arizona. I highly recommend them!

I was looking for a jewelry repair shop to repair two necklaces and an earring. I fell upon Jewelry Source through a Google search and I am so glad I did. The shop was in my own neighborhood. Parrish and Brenda were extremely helpful, professional and personable. The jewelry was repaired in less than a week and I even got a repair done on the spot during pick up. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a repair. They also seem to have a great selection of jewelry for purchase. I will have to return to shop in the future.

Amazing group who are so willing to help. I came in with multiple pieces and thought I’d end up needing to pay a lot to fix them… this team cleaned the pieces and fixed them right then and there for free. HIGHLY recommend.

I had the greatest experience with the staff at The Jewelry Source when redesigning a custom ring using family heirloom stones. They are trustworthy, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave great direction when trying to choose what design to go with and I love the result—I will definitely be back!

The Jewelry Source is the BEST! We visited because of a special anniversary and wanting a new ring but I had no idea what to do. Parker spent a lot of time with us deciding what to do and came up with a wonderful design. Just picked my ring up and I couldn’t be happier. The owner Brenda and all the staff are knowledgeable, patient, and great at doing jewelry!! It’s the only place we will go!!
